decrease the sympathetic nervous system (flight or flight) and increase the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), to help alleviate the stresses almost all people experience daily, improve range of motion, reduce muscle tension and improve circulation, something as simple as a grandparent being able to bend down to play with their grandchild, or a student no longer getting regular headaches from computer work can make a world of difference!

Swedish massage techniques that can vary from very light and relaxing pressure to deeper tissue massage, fascial release, MLD (manual lymphatic drainage), DDB (deep diaphragmatic breathing), and trigger point therapy
